You are located at the quieter place of the city and tourists its always a 15 mins city tour when commuting from hotel to the city. Hotel is well connected with tram & metro. We have used all forms of public transport while there.

The room smelt, there were no USB charging facilities in the room and the desk and shop could supply any adapters.

As for the lack of USB charging facilities, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Very disappointed, never stay at Novotel from now on and warning all people to be carefull with your money. We were taken euro 6,000 their in our back bag put in the room just during 2 hours going out for dinner.

We chose your hotel as your reputation and standard 4* hotel unnthe world with very high price deserved with your reputation. We stayed 3 nights 19-22/4/23 with two rooms 230, 232. We put our money on our black backbag in rooms in the evening when we go out for dinner. It seems that you planed to take out of all our money euro 6,000 on the last night 21/4/24 when we went out for dinner. And to avoid our doubt, you put some 1usd in our envelop instead. We just found out when we conme back our hometown. Too terible for us. The first time we got this at the famous hotel "Novotel".

Property is in good condition and location but service level is very bad.

In short, most of the front desk staff were not customer friendly. Some were even rude. Same for the restaurant service team. And the service team are just a bunch of noisy staff. They speak across the restaurant with their other colleagues. I have not seen Novotel at this low level.
