What new offerings and key technological innovations are set to change the business traveller's everyday life, in particular with regard to in-flight Wi-Fi and those all-important open-sesames, passports and visas?
In recent years, the business travel market has developed in a number of ways. Between innovative offerings and the arrival of new players, it's now all about standing out and giving business travellers a great experience.
