I have been staying over at this hotel for a number of years while transitioning between the U.K. and Spain. I have never been let down. Clean , tidy and a sound comfortable sleep. Anglet just down the road is great to eat and have a drink. People who complain about this hotel need to give their heads a wobble or stay at a ten star hotel if they want “ the experience “ that they crave. Well done IBIS a little gem and the staff very friendly. Oh nearly forgot loved the breakfast.

Not bad for the price

This was the cheapest accommodation we could find in Biarritz and it was rather clean and comfortable for its price. The top bunk bed had many strands of hair on it but we didn’t use it so it’s no big deal. The breakfast was also quite delicious! One thing to note, however, is that there’s no hairdryer in the room. You have to ask the front desk for one but they didn’t have any left at night so we had to sleep with a wet head. Bring your own hairdryer to be safe!

Goog reception - quick checkin. peaceful location and comfortable bed. Disappointed with breakfast - limited choice, plates not put out so eat mine off napkins. Not good value for money.
